Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers are eligible for returns within 10 days of receiving their order.
  • The item must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
  • For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of multi-piece sets that includes panties.
  • Customers are advised to check return policy on product basis before placing the order.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Click on Return/Exchange in Order History. Return and Exchange button will be disabled after 10 days of delivery.
  • Return Authorization: If product is eligible for return and within returnable period, it will take you to the return link.
  • Reason for Return: Click on the Return link, indicate the reason for return.
  • Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Shipping: Ship the item back to our return address using a reliable courier service and share the courier receipt and return details on email at info.j2ma@gmail.com
  • Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it for wear, tear and original condition.
  • Refund: Customers can choose either a refund into the bank account which will take 7 business days to process. This option applies to all pre-paid orders paid using Debit/ Credit cards, Net banking and Online Wallets. Please note, this is not applicable to COD orders.
  • Exchange: You can choose refund into Secour.in wallet after the product is picket by our delivery partner and are received at our warehouse and customer can choose wallet credit to pay for next order.

3. Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for returns.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance or discounted items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • If any order is returned, the GST amount will be refunded. However, Shipping charges will be non-refundable
  • Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled or are incomplete.
  • The gift items received by you cannot be exchanged.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
